Prespa’s Italian Express began as a dream shared between Father Steve and Son Mino, two passionate food industry veterans with decades of combined restaurant experience. Growing up in Italian-American households, they understood that great Italian food isn’t just about recipes – it’s about heart, tradition, and bringing families together around the table.
After years of working in various restaurants and learning every aspect of the food business, Steve and Mino decided to create something special: a place where authentic Italian flavors could be enjoyed quickly without sacrificing quality. They spent months perfecting their recipes, testing cooking methods, and designing a kitchen that could deliver restaurant-quality food at express speed.
